Does MAINGEAR ship internationally?

Yes, MAINGEAR ships internationally, but only to select regions. We are unable to ship orders to the EU or Mexico at this time, and there are a few other restrictions.

Customers interested in purchasing from abroad are encouraged to contact our sales team for a shipping quote. Be sure to provide a link to your shopping cart and full shipping address. A member of our sales team will follow up within 1-2 business days.

Be advised that international customers are responsible for shipping costs as well as any applicable duties or taxes that are assessed by Customs. These fees cannot be prepaid, but the carrier will contact you for payment when the item reaches Customs. MAINGEAR can attempt to estimate these rates for you, but international customers are responsible for being aware of the Customs policies and fees in their region and are responsible for any and all costs incurred at Customs.

International customers are welcome to the same warranty and support options as US customers, with the exception of included shipping coverage. MAINGEAR does not cover any shipping costs, in either direction, in the event that your PC or any of its components require service. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, return and re-ship costs would be the buyers responsibility, although MAINGEAR is happy to assist with a discounted rate.

All pricing on is handled in USD. Currency conversions occur on your bank or credit card side, so we recommend contacting them to determine your exchange rate. First time international buyers may be required to complete payment via wire transfer, depending on your region and other factors.

CANADA CUSTOMERS: Our website is designed to allow for direct checkout on all orders shipping to our friends to the north. Shipping rates will be calculated and included in your order automatically, however, you're still responsible for duties and taxes once the item reaches Customs. Typically, these fees are 12-15% of your order total. If needed, you can speak with a local carrier or Customs broker in your region for a more accurate estimate. If our website fails to calculate your shipping costs automatically, please reach out to us. If shipping to a BUSINESS in Canada, be prepared to provide FedEx with your Canadian Business Number (BN), as well as other required business information, so they can complete the importation on your behalf.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact our sales team at +1 (908) 620-9050 or by emailing We're happy to assist!
