Can I request a specific model graphics card?

At MAINGEAR, we source our graphics cards directly from the manufacturer, as well as from trusted partners like PNY, ASUS, and MSI. Each variant undergoes rigorous pre-qualification, testing, and validation by our product team to ensure it meets our high standards for performance and reliability.

Due to varying availability, the specific graphics card variant used in your PC will be determined at the time of assembly. As such, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific models, regardless of your system configuration or price point.

Website photography may depict a different GPU variant from the one you receive. When we mention the GPU "variant", we are referring to the specific model, not the GPU itself. For instance, if you order an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090, you will receive an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090, but the exact variant (such as MSI Ventus, PNY Verto OC, ASUS ROG/TUF/PRIME, NVIDIA FE, etc) may vary.

Additionally, MAINGEAR does not currently offer graphics cards with integrated all-in-one liquid coolers. If you are interested in a liquid-cooled graphics card, we recommend exploring our Apex desktop line, which features dedicated open-loop liquid cooling for both the CPU and GPU.
