MAINGEAR System Damaged in Shipping

We’re sorry to hear that your system arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please take clear photos of the following:

  • The outer shipping box (all sides)
  • The internal packaging
  • The damaged area(s) of the system

Once you’ve taken the photos, please contact our MAINGEAR Support team at support@maingear.com.

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage
  • The photos you took

Please keep all original packaging in case the system needs to be shipped back. Our team will review your information and coordinate the best solution as quickly as possible.
