How To Check Your System Warranty Status

If you’re unsure whether your MAINGEAR system is still under warranty, you can easily confirm your coverage by following the steps below.

How to Check

1. Locate your order number.
   • Your order number can be found in your original MAINGEAR order confirmation email or on your packing slip.
   • Depending on when your system was purchased, your order number will appear as either MG-xxxx (four digits) or a six-digit number.
2. Send an email to support@maingear.com with the following information:
   • Your full name
   • Your order number
   • The email address used to place the order

Our support team will review your information and reply with your current warranty status, including the original purchase date and warranty expiration date.
