Can I pay to expedite the production process?
At this time, we do not offer a paid expedite service. Due to the custom nature of our production process, every MAINGEAR system is handcrafted, individually assembled, cable-managed, and rigorously tested to meet our stringent performance and quality standards. To maintain this level of consistency, all systems move through our production pipeline in the order they are received.
Are there any situations where my order can be built faster than the advertised lead time?
Possibly. Orders tend to move more quickly when all selected components are in stock and readily available. If turnaround time is a priority, feel free to contact our sales team beforehand and we can advise which component choices may lead to the fastest build.
Please note that overall production timing is still influenced by factors like seasonality and queue volume, so we cannot guarantee an expedited build, even with an optimal configuration.
Can shipping be expedited even if production cannot?
Yes. While we’re unable to accelerate production, we can often provide expedited shipping options, such as 2-day or overnight service (depending on your location) for most systems. Systems which require specialty shipping, like LTL freight, cannot generally be sped up.
