Can I pay to expedite the production process?

Order expediting can sometimes be accommodated for an additional fee. Please contact sales@maingear.com before completing your order to discuss options. Be advised, our PCs go through stringent QA and testing processes, which cannot be sped up. Expedites are not guaranteed, as systems may require additional attention during the testing process.

Are there any situations where my order will ship ahead of its advertised lead time?

Possibly. Orders tend to move more quickly when all selected components are in stock and readily available. If turnaround time is a priority, feel free to contact our sales team beforehand and we can advise which component choices may lead to the fastest build.

Please note that overall production timing is still influenced by factors like seasonality and queue volume, so we cannot guarantee an expedited build, even with an optimal configuration.

Can shipping be expedited even if production cannot?

Yes. While we’re unable to accelerate production, we can often provide expedited shipping options, such as 2-day or overnight service (depending on your location) for most systems. Systems which require specialty shipping, like LTL freight, cannot generally be sped up.
