Order Restrictions and RTX 5090 Purchase Limit

MAINGEAR’s goal is to keep gamers in the game. We can only achieve this by making complete systems available to customers who intend to use them. Unless expressly authorized by MAINGEAR in writing, purchases intended for commercial resale of complete systems or for dismantling systems to resell their components are prohibited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MAINGEAR reserves the right, in its discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, before shipment for any lawful reason. This includes orders MAINGEAR reasonably believes are intended for unauthorized resale, exceed applicable purchase limits, involve fraud or automated purchasing, or attempt to circumvent these Terms. An order confirmation, reservation, or payment authorization does not prevent review or cancellation under this policy.

Purchases containing an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card are strictly limited to one per customer. This limit applies cumulatively across all orders placed while this policy is in effect, regardless of system model, graphics card manufacturer, customer account, or sales channel.

Customers may not circumvent this limit through multiple accounts, alternate identities, different payment methods or addresses, intermediaries, or coordinated purchases made on behalf of the same customer. MAINGEAR may consider matching or related customer names, contact information, billing or shipping addresses, payment methods, and order activity when determining whether orders are associated with the same customer or constitute an attempt to evade the limit.

MAINGEAR may request information reasonably necessary to verify compliance and may cancel orders if that information is not provided or cannot be verified. Warranty replacements do not count as additional purchases under this limit.

If MAINGEAR cancels an order under this policy, it will notify the customer and promptly refund all amounts collected for the canceled portion, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, without cancellation or restocking fees. This provision controls over any conflicting cancellation-fee provision. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Exceptions

MAINGEAR may approve exceptions to the purchase limit in select circumstances, consistent with our goal of keeping gamers in the game. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require express written approval from MAINGEAR before an order is placed. Submitting a request or discussing an exception with our team does not constitute approval.
