How do I start a remote session with MAINGEAR Support?

  1. Select Start > Windows Accessories > Quick Assist (or select the Start button, type Quick Assist in the search box, then select it in the results)
  2. Call 908-620-9050 to connect with a support technician
  3. In the Code box, enter the 6-digit code you were given, and select Share Screen
  4. Wait for your technician, then select Allow
