Order Status?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can contact our customer service team at sales@maingear.com or 1-888-MAINGEAR to check on your order status. If you create a new account after placing an order, they can also move your order onto your new account so you can track the status online. 

Please keep in mind that all custom PC builds do take time to build and test for you. Lead times vary depending on the type of system you order and how many orders we currently have ahead of you (usually anywhere from a few days to a few weeks), but we will always take the utmost care on your build to ensure it's perfect when you receive it. Current lead times for custom builds can be seen on all product pages before you place your order.
