Order Status?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can contact our customer service team at sales@maingear.com or 908-620-9050 to check on your order status. If you create a new account after placing an order, they can also move your order to your new account so you can track the status online.
It is also worth noting that the type of system you order will vary the amount of status or updates you will see. Pre-configured systems will show the status "processed" until the unit is in our shipping bay and has a tracking number assigned. Our custom systems will show an array of statuses as the system goes through our production process.
Please keep in mind that all custom PC builds do take time to build and test for you. Lead times vary depending on the type of system you order and how many orders we currently have ahead of you (usually anywhere from a few days to a few weeks), but we will always take the utmost care on your build to ensure it's perfect when you receive it. Current lead times for custom builds can be seen on all product pages before you place your order.
