How do I check the temperature of my computer? (Overheating)

We find HWiNFO to have the best and most accurate temperature readings on most systems.

You can download and install HWiNFO here: HWiNFO Sofware

• Once you launch the program select Sensors-only and Start.

• Scroll down to find the temperatures, this will show your Current, Minimum, Maximum and Average operating temperatures.

• Acceptable temperature ranges vary significantly depending on the hardware in your system.
