MAINGEAR offers complimentary ground shipping within the continental US on the majority of products available for purchase directly on MAINGEAR.com - subject to our discretion. The free shipping service may involve FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the dimensions and weight of the package, as well as the final destination. Shipments are dispatched from our headquarters in New Jersey using ground shipping, typically delivering to most US addresses within a timeframe of 2-7 business days. It is important to note that shipping transit durations are distinct from production lead times.

Upgraded shipping methods are available, with costs indicated during checkout. Options typically include Express Saver, 2-Day, and Overnight.

Shipping times may be delayed due to service disruption, increased carrier volume, inclement weather, and holidays. MAINGEAR is unable to re-route or modify shipments once they're sent out. Free shipping is provided on the first shipment attempt only. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, shipping fees would apply on any subsequent attempts.

Once an order has been processed, MAINGEAR is unable to change the billing or shipping addresses. In some cases, we can ship to a FedEx facility in your area for pick-up, but those accommodations must be made prior to your order shipping out.

Apex-equipped builds will oftentimes ship via a freight service. Freight deliveries are palletized and require a scheduled drop-off. Please coordinate with the freight shipper when they reach out to schedule your delivery.
