Shipping

MAINGEAR offers free ground shipping within the continental US on most products sold directly on MAINGEAR.com --  At our discretion, free shipping may utilize FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the size and weight of the shipment, and the destination. We ship from our office in New Jersey, and with ground shipping, can reach most addresses in the US within 2-7 business days. Please note, shipping transit times are separate from production lead times.

Upgraded shipping methods are available, with costs indicated during checkout. Options typically include Express Saver, 2-Day, and Overnight.

NOTE: Shipping times may be delayed due to service disruption, increased carrier volume, inclimate weather, and holidays. MAINGEAR is unable to re-route or modify shipments once they're sent out. Free shipping is provided on the first shipment attempt only. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, shipping fees would apply on any subsequent attempts.

Once an order has been processed, MAINGEAR is unable to change the billing or shipping addresses. In some cases, we can ship to a FedEx facility in your area for pick-up, but those accommodations must be made prior to your order shipping out.

**Apex-equipped builds will oftentimes ship via a freight service (excluding TURBO). Freight deliveries are palletized and require a scheduled drop-off. Please coordinate with the freight shipper when they reach out to schedule your delivery.**
