Choosing a Desktop Model

One thing to remember when comparing MAINGEAR desktop models is that there’s no wrong choice! Aside from some component offerings which may differ among models, each chassis offers a unique aesthetic and form factor, allowing users to opt for the configuration and footprint that best suits their needs.

MG-1

Introducing the all-new MAINGEAR MG-1. Designed in collaboration with Shroud and crafted for advanced performance, the MG-1 brings a unique new form of customization to the MAINGEAR line-up. The MG-1’s front panel is magnetically interchangeable, giving users complete control over their PCs skin. Whether it’s your streamer name, company logo, a pet portrait, or nod to your favorite game, users can create custom panels and preview their skin in our real-time immersive configurator.

The MAINGEAR MG-1 utilizes a compact steel chassis with removable tempered glass side panel. It features accessible high-speed front panel USB and audio ports, internal RGB strip lighting, and a diffused RGB-lit front panel and logo.

RUSH

Now in its second generation, the MAINGEAR RUSH represents a true powerhouse in our lineup. With enough real estate to accommodate even the most extensive configurations, the RUSH’s bold design features a tempered glass and aluminum exterior, allowing users to see every inch of the craftsmanship inside. RUSH also features screw-free push-to-unlock side panels, retractable dust filters, and easy access hot-swappable hard drive bays. The front of the case features multiple Type-A USB ports, USB Type-C connectivity, and support for a dedicated microphone and speakers. Best of all, RUSH has been designed to work seamlessly with our APEX liquid cooling system. Apex-equipped RUSH’s feature our largest liquid cooling system ever, consisting of three high performance copper radiators, for a whopping 920mm total liquid cooling capacity.

All MAINGEAR RUSH desktops are ROG Certified, offering a seamless RGB lighting experience, with effortless control via ASUS’s Aura Sync lighting software.

R1 | Razer Edition

To build the ultimate gaming desktop, a chassis must exude both form and function. Meet the R1 | Razer Edition, the next evolution of our partnership with Razer, and our first fully customizable Razer Chroma RGB powered gaming desktop. Razer on the outside, MAINGEAR on the inside, the R1 features dual-sided tempered glass swivel doors, impressive airflow, and beautiful RGB under-glow lighting. The top of the chassis includes frontside access to USB Type-A, Type-C, and dedicated microphone and headphone jacks. Unlike previous generation R1’s, fans of Razer can now fully configure their entire build with support for Chroma RGB, with options like the Razer Hanbo all-in-one liquid cooler and Razer Kunai Chroma RGB fans. All MAINGEAR R1 desktops include a built-in Chrome RGB lighting strip as well as RGB under-glow.

Pro WS

The Pro WS is our mid-tower workstation. Compact, yet spacious enough to accommodate full ATX configurations and powerful CPU cooling solutions. Designed with industrial high-density sound damping to maintain whisper-quiet operation. Brushed aluminum front and top-latching solid side panels offer a clean sophisticated look. This chassis can support up to (2) 3.5" HDDs and up to (4) 2.5" SSDs. Front and side panels can be printed with custom branding and graphics. Front interface includes 1x USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C, 2x USB 3.0, 2x USB 2.0, and audio I/O.

Pro WS Max

The Pro WS Max is our extended-tower workstation. Offering many of the same features of the Pro WS, including built-in sound damping, aluminum panels, and front top I/O access, the WS Max offers support for more extensive configurations, such as those with extended-ATX motherboards, multiple GPUs or custom liquid cooling. The added real estate within the WS Max provides support for up to (18) 3.5" HDDs + (5) 2.5" SSDs.

Pro RS

The Pro RS is our interpretation of the perfect 4U rackmount workstation. Designed for upright or horizontal placement, and available with an optional easy-to-install sliding rail kit, the Pro RS is expertly designed with a ventilated front panel and high-performance dual exhaust fans for unobstructed front-to-back directional airflow. It also includes support for up to a 360mm closed-loop CPU liquid cooler. Built with server-grade steel, Pro RS includes support for up to (2) 3.5" HDDs and up to (4) 2.5" SSDs, while featuring front access USB Type-C and 3.0 ports, and an anti-theft lock for added security.
